By accessing and using Dadahacks ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Dadahacks provides UK National Curriculum-aligned educational resources, including lessons, worksheets, a personal tutor, and study planning tools for home-educating families with children aged 0–12. Some features require a paid Premium subscription.
3. Free and Premium Accounts
A free account provides access to selected lessons, default worksheets, and the family dashboard. Premium subscriptions (monthly or annual) unlock additional features including the personal tutor, personalised worksheets, and adaptive study plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk; or (e) upload offensive or harmful content.
6. Educational Content
Our lessons, worksheets, and curriculum guides are designed to support home education but are not a substitute for professional educational assessment or legal advice. Parents remain responsible for ensuring their child receives a suitable education as required by UK law.
7. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Premium subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Dadahacks, including lessons, worksheets, articles, illustrations, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may download and print resources for personal, non-commercial use within your family.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dadahacks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
